Rain Rain Rain. That's what we've got today. I guess it's the remnants of Hurricane Frances. Somehow my umbrella didn't keep me very dry - well, it kept my head dry I guess, but my arms are all wet. My hair has also realized that this is frizzy weather and has responded accordingly. For a brief moment this morning I thought I had it fooled - alas.
I'm going over to the Languge Lab now. I'm not sure where it is. Hmmmmm better to find that out before I leave ... ;)
UPDATE: So, East Green Steet decided to turn into the Nile for the afternoon ... I was pressured (all right, so it didn't take much pressure!) into wading through some of it. Quite fun and I was already quite wet. One can carry around an umbella all one likes, and it will do one exactly nada good when the wind blows the rain sideways into your face. I left my ID card at Jeff at dinner time (yay for me!) so I get to wake up early tomorrow and go see them ... yeah ... I'm enjoying this big time ;)
