Ohhhh

I am so nervous about my speech tomorrow! There is nothing for me to do except A. Pray and B. Think about the "Pulp Fiction" 30 second bunnies re-enactment coming June 3!

You can also read a brief interview with the bunnies' creator, here.

Yay, bunnies.

  1. I would like to double the good-luckness! I'm sure you'll knock it out of the park!

Shame on your prof for giving two of you the same topic, though... Is this like your final for the class?

  3. Hmmmm. So somebody posts a comment with a link to a site attacking the discipline of celibacy? Using biblical quotes? When there are acutally a ton of biblical verses SUPPORTING celibacy?

Also, the site compares Papa Benedetto to Darth Sidious.

Yeahhhhh. I bet you convince SO many thoughtful people with this schluck. Or do you not want people capable of "thought" and intellectual inquiry? Just brainless drones chanting "sola scriptura, sola scriptura, sola scriptura"?

The wonderful thing about the Catholic Church is our great tradition of geniuses - St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas etc. - whose work is studied and considered very valuable, even by athiests and secular philosophers.

It is amazing, but when I was younger I had no idea about the weird anti-Catholicism that was still around. I thought it went out with the Ku Kluxers. Alas, when one grows up, one finds out so many unhappy things about the world ...

I feel a post about Bothersome Protestants Without Brains coming on. (And don't get me wrong, if I wanted to, I would have plenty of material for a post on Bothersome Catholics Without Brains). However, it is the BPWB who are ticking me off at the present moment.

  4. Again, another person without the guts to sign their names peddling their (conveniently anti-Catholic) propoganda on either your or Betsy's blog...

Shall I start and investigation with the usual list of subject? ;)
