The Holy Father is staying in the Italian Alps for a while, then he goes to the papal summer residence in Castel Gandolfo. According to this USA Today article, the Pope won't be having any audiences during his Alpine stay, although he will give his Sunday blessing and recite the Angelus.
I bet he needs the rest. Look how happy he seems to be starting his time off! Have fun, Papa!
The Pope gets time off?? I mean, I get he needs it, but who runs things while he's off in the pretty mountains? :barely contains self from singing 'The Hills Are Alive':
